My Father of blessed memory Senior Evangelist Julius Ladegbaye the CEO and founder Jalad & sons Ltd, he was among the founding fathers of cocoa farmers association of Nigeria and until his last breath he was the Chairman Osun state chapter of the association and shortly before his death he was privileged to become the National Auditor. We are a company with a combined experience of over 7 decades. Founded by Mr. Jones Adedapo Ladegbaye, a visionary entrepreneur with vast business management and commodity trading background.

As the grandson of a cocoa trading legend ( Pa James Ladegbaye) who bestrode the Cocoa trading scene in Africa in the early forties with contemporaries like, Pa Omole and Sons ( of the legendary Omole Dynasty and International Brewery Plc.), Pa Ajanaku ( One of the earliest investors in today’s First Bank Plc), Pa Johnson Olu. Fagboyegun ( of the world famous “JOF” brand who was in his life time granted many international interviews on Cocoa and Agricultural commodities and was reputed to be largest private cocoa buyer in Africa.
The Financial Times of London described him as “Nigeria’s foremost Cocoa Magnate”. Mr. Jones Adedapo tapped from the wealth of experience of this Legends and incorporated there proven strategies into what stands today as “JONADEL” a Trading services and Logistics firm leveraging adequate business intelligence and technological advancement in demystifying business process to create values for partners and clients in the supply chain.
